Detailed below are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all transactions on the Heels2Bags website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions, so please read them carefully.
All pricing shown on this website is subject to availability. All product prices are shown in UK Pound sterling and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time including sales, discounts or general adjustments.
Only one promotion code or gift voucher code, regardless of its origin, can be redeemed against any one order. Promotions do not apply to any site sales. Coupon/discount codes will only apply discount to the product value of the order. There will be no discount applied to shipping costs. Heels2Bags has the right to withdraw discount codes at any time.
All products advertised on the Heels2Bags website are new and unused. In relation to unboxed items we make every effort to advertise products clearly, noting in the advert whether they are sealed, unsealed etc. However, from time to time, products may have no mention of this within the advert and must be assumed to be an unsealed product. Many products will also have retail stickers attached. From time to time outer casing/packaging may be scratched. In relation to tester products, testers are not supplied free of charge. Testers are often the normal products sold, but with the packaging marked as ‘tester’. Some items may also be marked ‘not for individual sale’. By confirming your order to Heels2Bags, you are confirming and accepting that you are aware of these facts and are satisfied to order on this basis. We make every effort to advertise products accurately. Please read item descriptions carefully.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be completed, due to an availability issue, you will be given a refund for the out of stock product(s) and the remainder of your order will be processed and sent to you . Heels2Bags will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
We only advertise and sell products that are 100% genuine.
All images on Heels2Bags website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. From time to time colours may vary due to resolution/photographic/graphics constraints/processes.
Product condition can vary and we categorise it in to grades to simply the explanation. We normally only state grade condition is the product is anything less than A.
Grade A – Perfect manufacturer sealed condition.
Grade B – Unsealed, this can be for a number of reasons. Please be assured that we not sell opened or used products so although the product is unsealed it is still new, unopened and unused.
Grade C – Shop over stocks so it normally has all of grade B condition plus shop stickers or outer casing marks/scratches
Please confirm you are happy with condition before purchasing because refunds will not be issued on product condition is we have detailed a condition grade on the product page.
Detailed below are the terms of delivery which apply to all transactions on the Heels2Bags website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms, so please read them carefully.
All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch. It is our intention to dispatch all orders received on a working day (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. Overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service.
Free Shipping – UK only
Free shipping on all UK orders, applies to customers with an order with an address classed as UK by Royal Mail. Customers must choose the free shipping method, upon checkout, to be eligible for this offer.

We do not provide free shipping or an express service for overseas orders.
We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and all outlying territories, United States.
Due to various restrictions, we can not ship any aerosol product or any flammable product overseas. Should this type of item be ordered on an overseas order, then we will automatically refund the non-permitted items and ship the remainder of the order.
The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 2kg in weight in any one order.
All delivery times quoted are approximate and can not be guaranteed. Delivery is dependant upon Postal Carriers services and bank holiday closures
Due to changes in the Royal Mail postal service, we are no longer allowed to ship large quantities of nail polish. The maximum amount of nail polish that can be shipped in any one order is 4 bottles of nail polish with a maximum of 60ml.
Payment online can be made using either Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. If making payment online, please note we are not party to any details of your credit/debit card. Payment is verified by Paypal prior to the order being submitted to us. Cleared payment must be received by Heels2Bags before any order can be dispatched. We do not accept payment by either cheque or postal order.
Prior to submitting your order, please check carefully and ensure all details of your order and postal address are correct. Heels2Bags will not be liable for incorrect addresses entered as a delivery address. Following submission of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that Heels2Bags has received your order. This will detail your specific order number, which will be required in the event that you contact us with any queries. So please make sure you keep this confirmation safe and to hand should there be a query. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to decline any order.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Heels2Bags will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us by email to email@example.com or telephone on 07739635259 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further delivery charge. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
If you wish to cancel an order before we have sent the goods, you must confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and wish to return a product after your order has been sent to you or after you have received it. The following procedures will apply :
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to ‘cancel’ the contract at any time up to ‘7 working days starting the day after delivery’
The product(s) must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition ie. unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Heels2Bags.
For safety and hygiene reasons Heels2Bags will not accept, for exchange or refund, any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Sorry but unless the product(s) are faulty or do not conform to your order, we can not refund the delivery charge. Please also note that any postage upgrades will not be refunded, you purchased the faster service and this will have been received.
Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
If an order is not received you must notify Heels2Bags in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
UK Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 10 working days have passed, and International orders are 21 days, therefore no resend will be offered until after this period. In the event that an order is deemed missing, our policy is to replace the order. Refunds will only be made on out of stock items. Replacement orders will only be sent to the original delivery address as advised on the initial order.
Orders returned ‘Not Called For’ (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage if postage upgrades have been selected. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.
Heels2Bags shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Heels2Bags reserves the right to upgrade your chosen postal service from time to time
Heels2Bags have the right to deviate from this policy from time to time.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately where possible. The customer will be informed of all progress.
Heels2Bags reserves the right to contact customers regarding orders. Heels2Bags reserves the right to deliver to the billing address only. Heels2Bags reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at the discretion of our management.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
