Delivery
It is our intention to dispatch all orders we receive on a working day (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available.

Standard UK delivery – £1.99 – 3 to 5 days from dispatch
Express Delivery – £2.99 – 1 to 3 days from dispatch
Premium Delivery – £7.99 – Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm (Monday to Friday only)

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail International
Europe is charged at £6.50
International (everywhere else) is charged at £8.00

We do not provide free shipping or an express service for overseas orders.
We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and all outlying territories, United States.
Due to various restrictions, we can not ship any aerosol product or any flammable product overseas. Should we receive any order for this type of product on an overseas order, then we will automatically refund the non-permitted items and ship the remainder of the order.
The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 2kg in weight in any one order.
Due to changes in the Royal Mail postal service, we are no longer allowed to ship large quantities of nail polish. The maximum amount of nail polish that can be shipped in any one order is 4 bottles of nail polish with a maximum of 60ml.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date.
The product(s) must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition ie. unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Heels2Bags.
For safety and hygiene reasons Heels2Bags will not accept, for exchange or refund, any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Sorry but unless the product(s) are faulty or do not conform to your order, we can not refund the delivery charge.
Please also note that any postage upgrades will not be refunded, you purchased the faster service and this will have been received.
